Music is one of the universal languages which embodies one of the highest forms of creativity. We aim to nurture and develop this with exciting projects which both stimulate and engage students. Composition, critical engagement and creativity are strengths we hope to instil in our students as they go through their own music journey. We are also very lucky to have such brilliant resources including our brand new music room and peripatetic practice rooms for students to use.
Meet the team…
Mrs Laura Maynard
I’ve been at Wyvern for three years and I feel very fortunate to have so many students who have enjoyed Art through the years. I originally trained as a three dimensional designer and a ceramicist but am still very passionate at developing my Fine Art skills. When the opportunity presents itself to do art work for myself I am most likely to be using oil pastels paint or clay.
Our fantastic new building is giving the Students every possible chance to succeed. At Wyvern we are very proud to display and congratulate students for their hard work and perseverance.
